I cannot begin to convey the positive reactions from both residents and families to this technology.  When a 96 year-old great grandmother gets to watch the antics of young family members in Chicago as they sit down for a meal, something akin to magic happens.  This same woman proclaimed herself to be unimpressed and uninterested prior to this video visit.  Afterward, she just glowed and could not say enough positive things.
