2. Schedule a time for your meeting, demonstration, training, or mentoring. 
3.   Meet everyone at the special video conferencing web site by using the URL you provide your guests. 
Remember, only one person needs the membership---then the member invites whoever they want to be their guests. 
 
Begin the Video Conference 
Member Easy 2-Step Process begins the video conference 
  • Log-in with your member name at the special web site created for you at time of membership purchase
  • Click-on "Allow video/audio"---you are now live on the web

    Guest Easy 2-Step Process allows them to join the video conference  
  • Guests access your special video conferencing web site through the URL you provide them
  • Guests enter their name and click "Log-in"----they now see you, hear you, and interact through text messaging.

  • Three parties (computers) can broadcast video and audio simultaneously---see, talk/hear, interact.  Note: many people can be at each computer.

    Needed Components to Video Conference 
  • Any modern computer connected to the Internet, preferably high speed---  however, you can select the bandwidth you have available
  • Camera and microphone/headset are needed to be seen and heard.  
  • Remember, even if you do NOT have a camera and microphone you can still see, hear and text message.
  • A VIBusiness membership---only 1 person needs it, everyone else are guests
